Your library provides an incredible amount of services and materials almost all free of charge and your library staff strives daily to improve and provide for your needs as our patrons.

Local funding, whether it be city or county, is never enough to meet all your needs and maintain superior quality that you expect in public library services and materials. The library is always looking for interested citizens that love the library and have the capacity and desire to participate in the many endeavors that we undertake daily.

One way to participate is to join the Friends of the Benton County Public Library. This group chartered in 2006 is small but dynamic and have assisted the library in raising funds for projects like summer reading performers and the new RFID system being implemented at the library.

Fill in the form and mail it to the library with your membership fee which is renewable annually. We'd love to have you join us for some of our fundraising and public relations projects during the year or just be a member where your annual support helps us to fund programming for children and adults.

There are other ways to support your library. Monetary donations in memory or honor of a loved one help us buy new books and audios as well as other tangible items that will be a lasting tribute. We have the Book Buddies program which is a perfect gift for the child in your life. Come in with your child and let them pick a new children's book to be added to the library collection and then we will put a dedication in the front of the book and let your child be the first to check it out and enjoy it. They'll be thrilled to know that they have a book with their name in it at the library.
