*We cannot guarantee the book will arrive to meet your deadline, but we will make every effort to assist you
*Book requests are submitted to the state system the first week of each month (if you have an absolute deadline date, please tell us!)
*One request per month per person is free. Extra requests in a month are $2.00 each to cover the postage
*Books usually arrive within one to two weeks from loaning libraries. We cannot guarantee arrival time
*We will call you when your book arrives and you may pick up and sign for your book at the library. We ask that books be picked up within two days. Books left more than three days are subject to being returned to the lending library
*If you fail to pick up a book borrowed from another library for you, you will be charged a $2.00 postage fee on your account and we will be unable to request further ILL books for you until it is paid
